LAURA HOLMES
Market Manager
Laura is a Bedford-born artist & designer spending most of her time carving & inking lino prints while also navigating raising two teenagers. She joined Team Flea at the start of 2021 having previously worked with Talia on another creative project. Our social media whizz Laura was originally a stallholder at the market in it's maiden year.
She now enjoys supporting other small businesses joining us for perhaps their first foray into market selling!

2024 sees Laura flying solo, with her taking full command of the Flea ship...fingers crossed for smooth sailing!!
ROB
Market Day Deputy
Rob is married to manager Laura and is starting his new role as 'Deputy' in 2024. He can be found on the Square on market days helping things run smoothly.
Rob is a skilled Master Vehicle Technician and there's not much he can't fix or help build - a huge help when running events!
Although he's stepping up this year he's no stranger to the markets, he has been a constant help behind the scenes & on site.
ETHAN & ISLA
Market Assistants
It really is a family affair here! You may have seen siblings Ethan & Isla helping out at previous markets and this will (hopefully) continue this summer.
Ethan is in his final year of A-Levels and is planning on studying International Business at University in September. His favourite thing about the Flea is searching for vintage football shirts and trying out the street food.
Isla is about to complete her GCSE's and will go on to college to do A-levels. She loves a browse through Flea Alley and is also a fan of the Affordable Art section and already owns several pieces from different artists!
